I’ve spent the last two evenings reading My Last Supper: 50 Great Chefs and Their Final Meals.
It’s facinating to read what these incredible chefs would eat for their final meal. It seems they all pick one of two things…either something that reminds them of home (ex. spaghetti and meatballs) or something incredibly exotic (ex: bone marrow). I definitely recommend picking up this book!
So, in honor of this, I have devised my last supper.
- Caesar salad with blackened shrimp and tons of croutons
- Pan seared salmon topped with lobster meat and hollandaise sauce
- Garlic mashed potatoes
- Corn on the cob
- Apple crisp with vanilla ice cream
- Dr. Pepper
